Service Availability
While AISidekick aims to maintain reliable uptime and hosted infrastructure availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance windows, infrastructure upgrades, and third-party outages may affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
AISidekick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, integrations, hosted services, or enterprise workflows.
Termination
AISidekick reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraudulent activity, or misuse of hosted MCP services.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. Continued use of AISidekick services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
